We hid information that could identify you. Detection can miss things: check names, addresses, IDs and any private details.
Before sending
Rampart processes text on your device to detect names, addresses and identifiers. We add checks for Dominican ID numbers and other structured data. Model files are served by inteligencia.do. Text is not sent to Hugging Face. Detection can fail: review the protected text before sharing it.
Text PDFs · Up to 8 MB and 25 pages. The file is read on your device; only the text you review is sent. We do not upload or store the original file. Only text you approve accompanies your questions. Scanned or password-protected documents are not supported.
Questions and answers
Demo mode uses prepared responses and makes no AI-provider calls.
We do not store conversations or documents in Convex. Conversation and checklist selections stay in this tab and disappear on reload or a new conversation. We ask the gateway not to log or cache questions and answers. Providers and infrastructure remain subject to their own terms.

Your browser may send audio to its provider for transcription. inteligencia.do receives only the text you choose to send. You can review it first.

Choose your municipality to find official service centers. Your selection stays in this tab; we do not use GPS.
Send feedback
We send only this rating and your comment. We do not attach your conversation, email or IP to the record. Comments are optional. Personal details within the text can identify you, so review it. Feedback records are automatically removed after 30 days. Staff review actions are recorded separately.
Private access and sources
Preview access uses Cloudflare Access, which processes sign-in email and maintains access logs. Source management stores versions, who changed them and publication/withdrawal reasons. These records do not contain visitor conversations.
Downloads and copies remain on your device. External links have their own policies.
